Mr. wirsen pointed out it is 29' to the salt marsh. <br /> Mr. Sherman has been to the property but was not aware that the driveway <br /> came up so far. They are now moving inside the o' with the driveway. Mr. <br /> wirsen stated it is less than 15' from the driveway to the salt marsh. They <br /> are back-filling the bulkhead and doing planting. <br /> Mr. Sherman questioned whether or not them is a net loss of habitat. Ms <br /> oretos stated this lot was probably all salt marsh and is probably historic <br /> tidelands.. Chapter 91 has jurisdiction. Mr. Sherman asked what are the <br /> wildlife impacts.
