They would like to create two <br /> windows with a total of 80'. <br /> Ms Boretos stated there are river otter and a red fox den on this site. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated the lot is only 199.84' wide. Mr. Allenby stated there is <br /> 2o' area where no work will be done; it is already open. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the first part is okay but he needs time to consider the <br /> amount of acreage over the 2 and do a ratio. <br /> Mr. Allenby stated the Raabs are willing to do native species-throughout the <br /> lot and where it has been cleared for the house. Mr. Sherman would like to <br /> take two weeks to consider it. They cannot do work until November.
