Mr. Snaith was present. Ms Boretos advised they are new owners and did not understand they were under the Commission's jurisdiction. She recommended addressing erosion y putting in ties with gravel to shunt the grater off. Mr. Smith asked if that would be every 25' down the loo' run? He described the topo and drew in on the plan where the beds and pits aro. He agreed to allow the vegetation to grog back except for the ' width of the path. Public comment: none. NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. 7:25 WARREN RAAB to amend the order of Conditions for SE 43-1686 to permit the removal of clew wood and do vista pruning with maintenance in perpetuity at 22 Harbor Ridge Drive. Mr. Raab was present with Deighton Allenby. Mr. Sherman quoted from the pruning policy. Two areas aro shown on the plan, the permitted 25% and an additional area, Mr. Sherman questioned the intent. Mr. Raab stated the property is larger than two acnes and they thought they might be alloyed a little larger window for viewing.
