September 1999 <br /> Page 2. <br /> 7:10 MARK EFRON for a Determination of Applicability on berms and <br /> plantings; repair of boat ramp; blue- stone driveway; sprinkler system and to <br /> overseed existing lawn at 358 Monomos oy Road. Mr. Efron was present. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised he net with the landscaper. Part of the work to finish <br /> the plantings should have been done through an Amended order process. <br /> The other work is 100 feet away from the water. Repair of the boat ramp <br /> would have to be removed. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg asked if the repair of the boat ramp had not recently been <br /> done? A lot of fresh stone was put in. Mr. Rfron stated Mr. Sherman gave <br /> hire permission to put it in last year. The rock stairs were old cement and <br /> deteriorating. Mr. Sherman stated not beyond where the salt marsh is <br /> growing. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated that ramp has been used with people putting trailers in <br /> and out. Mr. Sherman stated if the marsh grass is damaged, it is a violation. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated this should be checked out before approval, <br /> Mr. Efron stated it is a boat ramp and asked what he is doing wrong. Mr. <br /> Sherman stated if there is no damage to the salt marsh, it is not a violation. <br /> The permit cannot be issued until he looks at it. <br /> Question was raised on repair and replacement of the existing driveway. Mr. <br /> fron stated he is only changing the color of the store. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked where the sprinkler systema was going? He asked that it <br /> be draw'n i on the plan. a also asked where the overseeding f the lawn <br /> would be` Mr. Efron stated wherever the lawn was wiled out. Mr. Sherman <br /> stated this should be continued for two weeks to allow therm to meet at the <br /> site. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue to 23 September 1999 at :o <br /> . . at the request of the applicant. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED. <br /> Mr. Green left the meeting. <br />
