Unanimous vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED. <br /> 8:1 NEW SEABURY PROP. LLC, 188 Shore Drive, continued from 2 <br /> August 1999. Michael Grot ke presenting. He advised this was continued on <br /> the issue of the document submitted. All other issues have been met. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg advised he reviewed the document. He read from the letter. <br /> The subject matter has no relevance to the matter in the present ease. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the Commission does not recommend the use of rola <br /> rugosa as shown on the plan. Mr. tarot ke stated they will substitute.
