It is o' t <br /> the salt marsh and '70' to the wetland. <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested issuing an Order of Conditions but asked that they <br /> wrap the silt fence parallel to the deck. Mr. Slavinsky agreed. Revised plans <br /> to be provided. <br /> Public comment: Kevin Harrington stated he owns the adjacent property and <br /> on the plan it is shown as a vacant lot. There is his house and a garage. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky advised the draftsman goes by the Assessors records. Mr. <br /> Sherman stated it would be proper to change it. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated he has a well and a septic system and this lot is not <br /> buildable lot. He asked how the Cornrni ion could pass on a septic system. <br /> The Chair advised the Board of Health has approved this and it is not withiLn <br /> the Commission's control. It was noted Board of Appeals action is necessary. <br />
