i
21 October 1999
Page 6.
Mr. Slavinsky stated they do not have to go to Board of Appeals. Mr.
Sherman stated there 1s paperwork stating they do, this will have to be
resolved.
Mr. Harrington stated the issue is the plan says his lot is vacant, it has been
misrepresented to this Board. The Building Inspector told you it had to go to
Board of Appeals.
Mr. Sherman suggested continuing for two weeks to resolve this.
VOTE: notion made and seconded to continue to 4 November 1999 at 8:20
P.M. at the request of the applicant. Unanimous Vote.
{
HEARING CONTINUED.
7:55 STEPHEN G. MILLER, 22 Squaw's Lame, continued from 2
September 1999. Norman Hayes presenting. It was continued two weeks
ago as they were asked to relocate the garage into the disturbed area of the
driveway. Revised plan dated 15 October. They did three borings,
information included. They redesigned the gavage and put it in t he
driveway. He met with the Building Inspector and they will need to go to
ZBA, scheduled for 17 November. It will be a 24' x 28' garage with upstairs
living space in the form of an office. It is designed for V-Zone, worst case
scenario.
Ms. Boretos stated. the V-Zone is a significant resource, it may be 20' either
way but it should be shorn on the lot. Mr. Hayes agreed to show this.
Regarding plantings, he will provide an addendum. Plant material in the
planters will be stored and replanted in the coastal dune. Board of Health
has reviewed the septic.
Mr. Rosenberg asked how many bedrooms and was told three. Mr. Mayes
stated there is no expansion of bedrooms. Nitrogen loading is not an issue.
Ms Boretos stated there was a Superseding order issued. They dune was
delineated by the Dept. originally. This is clearly a dune being discussed.
i
Mr. Hayes stated this could not be represented as a dune. The garage is
going in a previously disturbed area. It is a dune that will be protected and
replanted as a dune.
Public comment: Mildred Campbell presented a petition from abutters.
