They did three borings, <br /> information included. They redesigned the gavage and put it in t he <br /> driveway. He met with the Building Inspector and they will need to go to <br /> ZBA, scheduled for 17 November. It will be a 24' x 28' garage with upstairs <br /> living space in the form of an office. It is designed for V-Zone, worst case <br /> scenario. <br /> Ms. Boretos stated. the V-Zone is a significant resource, it may be 20' either <br /> way but it should be shorn on the lot. Mr. Hayes agreed to show this. <br /> Regarding plantings, he will provide an addendum. Plant material in the <br /> planters will be stored and replanted in the coastal dune. Board of Health <br /> has reviewed the septic. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg asked how many bedrooms and was told three. Mr. Mayes <br /> stated there is no expansion of bedrooms. Nitrogen loading is not an issue. <br /> Ms Boretos stated there was a Superseding order issued. They dune was <br /> delineated by the Dept. originally.
