Mr. Sherman stated <br /> the Commission could not examine this tonight and render an opinion. Ms <br /> Campbell stated the abutters are opposed to- this proposal, that part of the <br /> beach is the only part that is unspoiled. Mr. Sherman stated the only thing <br /> the Co missron can take under consideration. 1s if it does not meet the <br /> performance standards. He suggested continuing for two weeks. <br /> Fill Sterling advised his maim concern is the ability of the area to absorb the <br /> water. A 28 x 24 garage will add to the problem of the recharge. <br /> Mr. Hayes stated they will ask for the two week continuance. They will <br /> gutter this and redirect the run-off. <br /> The adjacent abutter advised he never anticipated this could be used as a lot. <br /> Water is at least 1" or more on this property. The Rhudas had to put the <br /> house on piles; the garage will not be. <br /> Mr. Hayes stated any time it 1s 1n the v-Zone, it will be on pilings by enclosed <br /> with breakaway panels. Lot <br /> drainage may be a building code issue. <br /> The Chair asked that any further document provided for the Commission's <br /> review e submitted earlier. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing at the request of <br /> the applicant to 4 November 1999 at 8:25 p.m. Unanimous vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED, <br /> 5:00 TATTIER P. BULGER, 51 Mon h n ett Road, continued from 7 <br /> October 1999. John Slavinsky presenting. In order to go to the architect, <br /> they needed a footprint. The douse was designed ' from the wetland. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated they will meed space to walk around the house for <br /> maintenance.
