7. <br /> November 1999 <br /> Page 7. <br /> An abutter questioned placement of the septic. Mr. Sanicki stated the septic <br /> is not going under the driveway. The Board of Health has given approval <br /> and the test well was dug under their supervision. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing. Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CLOSED. <br /> 8:00 ROBERT DI CENSO to construct a single family residence, deck, <br /> garage, 'title V septic system and utility services and driveway at 118 <br /> S nmer ea Road. Dave Sanicki was present with IVH I iCenso. Mr. <br /> Sanicki stated staff is providing an alternate consideration. The staff at the <br /> Board of Health and Board of Appeals were approached and the questions <br /> asked were not appropriate addressed. Mr.. Sanicki talked with the <br /> Chairman of the Board of Appeals and he stated that location would not be <br /> approved and the relocation would not be approved. The questions were not <br /> asked properly. <br /> IVIS Boretos-stated she was asked to calf Dave Sanicki to give him a heads up <br /> for the inappropriate size of the dwelling. when she spoke to him on the <br /> phone, she did not state this was a redesign. She asked him to look at scaling <br /> it down. Setback from the top of the coastal bank to the deck is 10 feet. This <br /> is a three bedroom house.on a very small lot. <br /> Mr. Sanicki stated when this was done, all considerations of other Boards <br /> were taken. This proposal is a total negative from other Boards point of view. <br /> This. proposal is not touching a coastal bank. Ms Boretos read from the <br /> Bylaw concerning the o' minimum. <br /> Mr. Sherman concurred; exploration has not been done. <br /> Mr. DiCenso stated a similar situation was approved in the area. Mr. <br /> Sherman stated that may be apples and oranges, f <br /> Mr. Sanicki stated by definition there is a coastal bank, not functional with <br /> sedimentation. Mir. Sherman stated it has wildlife habitat value. They have <br /> not explored all alternatives as is appropriate. <br /> Mr. Green stated removal ofthe decks gets the '. <br /> Ms Boretos did not believe there is a ' buffer. Mr. Sanicki agreed to <br /> provide cross sections. <br />
