Unanimous Vote. <br /> Vehicles are not allowed on town beaches. This would not allow beach <br /> nourishment. Through the order of Conditions it is permitted. <br /> Roerno: Vista pruning was denied under a recent Notice of Intent. <br /> However, they had vista pruning under an old plan. They <br /> have an existing permit to do repairs on three parcels. -An extension was <br /> given but IEP needed to give diem an extension and this has been dome. ` <br /> Mr. Rosenberg asked if it is registered land? It should be an extension with <br /> respect to that one parcel. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it is part of the order of Conditions that they would <br /> submit construction methodology.
