They are taking out a portion of an existing deck, deleting <br /> to bedrooms and adding one bedroom. The footprint is the same. Mr. <br /> Piroi was asked to plant two high bush blueberry bushes along the beach <br /> where there has been alterations. It is in the buffer zone. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find negative. <br /> n ni.mous Vote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. <br /> 7:05 RICHARD STURM for planting, path system, repair of existing lawn, <br /> to extend an existing gravel drive, repair of steps to dock and control of vines <br /> at 53 Godfrey Road. . They will <br /> abandon the lawn and plant it out if they can repair a section of lawn. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it will be conditioned that they will follow normal <br /> fertilizer protocol. Ms Leblanc has addressed that. Also, they would like to <br /> remove autumn olive on the site. They would like to create a gravel loop for <br /> the driveway. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if this was all within the second 100' of the rive rfront? It <br /> is. He stated it will be a big improvement. <br /> IVIS Boretos would like to control Bittersweet vines with continued <br /> maintenance. <br /> Mr. Johansen stated the fee under the bylaw should have been $90. <br />
