Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED, <br /> 7:45JOHNSON/GRANT for a Determination of Applicability on the <br /> proposed installation of 2 - 1000 gallon leaching pits with crushed stone and <br /> to install a driveway with grade changes in the outer riverfront area at 60 <br /> Meetinghouse Road. Dave Sanicki presenting. It is a three acre lot and is in <br /> the outer 100'. The house and septic are out of jurisdiction. <br /> Ms Boretos stated there is no mention of how the lank will he stabilized. <br /> Tho lot is in the low point of Meetinghouse Roal and there is run-off. What <br /> storm event was used for the leach basins? They used the 25 year storm. He agreed it is on the inland bank. <br /> They have to change the plan and he will visit the site then.
