Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED.' <br /> 8:20 COTUIT GOLF DEVELOPMENT Co., Resource delineation,, <br /> continued from 12 August 1339. Robert Gray presenting. Two weeks ago <br /> they presented a plan re the riverfront. They had shown the easternmost <br /> boundary and asked'for time to loot at the riverfront a little closer. They <br /> have decided to go with the plan presented two weeks ago. The suggested <br /> line Mr. Sherman and Mr. Jensen cavae up with is acceptable to their client. <br /> They would like to move for closure to prepare a Notice of Intent. <br /> k <br /> Mr. Sherman agreed this is appropriate. The other resource areas are i <br /> agreement. Additional survey work will be necessary with future filings. <br /> Public comment. Ralph Baker stated all abutters have not been notified on <br /> the 1ashpee-Barnstable line. This is.an illegal hearing. The proper abutters <br /> have not been notified. <br /> Mac. Gray advised notification was done through the Ma tepee Assessors <br /> Office with a certified list. He agreed those people should have been notified. <br /> The mailing was done by Mr. Hostetter's office. <br /> Ms Boretos advised when she spore <br /> to the Conservation Commission in <br /> Barnstable, it was agreed when they come in with a Notice of Intent that <br /> these people will be notified for both hearings. <br /> The Chair stated the Assessors would not provide this for an adjacent <br /> township. <br /> Mr. Gray stated this is not the time to bring this up, He asked who he is to <br /> notify` He was told those people within 100' of 1 lashpee. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated everybody within 133' of the area that the Commission <br /> is going to pass on has to be notified. Mr. Sherman read from the State reqs. <br />
