Peggy Fantozzi was present with Mr. Bortolotti. Ms. Fantozzi advised the Commission requested relocating a portion of the house because of the impact on some trees. They carne up with three scenarios. The douse was moved 4 feet with realignment of the deck. Plan shows a gain, it is closer to the road. There were two driveways,.they carne back with one. Mr. Sherman stated the Commission is trying to save large 'Beech trees. They are constrained by the Riverfront Act. He look hard at the three scenarios and talked to the Board of Health. -He proposed a detached garage that can be roved back from the river which would save the large trees. Board of Health thought this possible. 'there is room to explore. Ms Fantozzi conferred with her client and the house footprint design is set. Splitting the house and garage will not work. This is the design they want to p g g move forward with.
