The Agent asked permission t <br /> spend up t $200 from, the Conservation Fund, if necessary, to verify these <br /> assertions. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to grant the Conservation Agent' <br /> request. Unanimous Vote. <br /> uit : They had added a bedroom which was never legal. They claimed t <br /> be grandfathered but an opinion has been received from Town Counsel that <br /> there is no grandfathering for illegal bedrooms. <br /> Minutes: <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to approve the minutes of 9 September, <br /> 23 September and 7 October 1999 as written. Unanimous vote. <br /> Membership: It was voted to recommend Carol Moore to the selectmen for <br /> appointment to a full position. The resignation from Tad Wollenhaupt is <br /> awaited. It was agreed to wait until the Board is configured to vote on <br /> officers. <br /> MEP, .: is Berets attended today's MPA session at New seabury and did <br /> extensive notes on the project. It <br /> was discovered the basement would be right over three monitoring wells that <br /> the AFCEE has put in. It has been requested that consideration of moving <br /> the house be entertained. It would put the deck over the work limit but the <br /> Agent did not see what choice there was. However, he had asked there to <br /> provide a letter with the reasons why it is difficult or impossible to move the <br />
