1 <br /> MASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION <br /> Minutes of 2 December 1999 <br /> Commissioners present: John Fitzsimmons, Elliot Rosenberg, John <br /> Johansen, Ralph'Shave, George Green Jr., <br /> Greg Wirsen, Perry Ellis. <br /> Carol Moore, prospective Commissioner,, was present also. <br /> The Chair called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m. <br /> The Commission was polled to go into Executive Session; the vote was <br /> unanimous to go into Executive Session and to resume open session at the <br /> conclusion. <br /> 7:05 BRICKYARD MARKETPLACE ' NOMINEE 'TRUST for a <br /> etermination of Applicability on proposed landscape charges in a 3,850 s.f. <br /> portion of the south-west c rner within the Zoo' riverfront resource area at <br /> 439 Lathan Ellis Highway. <br /> Ms Boretos advised a small corner fell within the outer riparian area. There <br /> is a major planting scheme prepared by Michael Grotzke's office. only <br /> small portion is in Jurisdiction,. Additional fees were paid. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find negative. Unanimous Vote. <br /> NEGATIVE. <br /> 7:10 SUSAN FORT TR,- s spoondrift Way, continued from 23 September <br /> i <br /> 1999. John Slavins y presenting. The hearing was continued for Bill <br /> Hauc 's ruling. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised Mr. Hauck has stated it does not need Board of Appeals <br /> and that It meets zoning requirements. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing.
