They have dome as much as possible to ameliorate impacts. Public comment: Rita Collins, an abutter, cane forward to look at the plan. She was upset they were putting that house on that very small lot. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending Board of Health. Unanimous Vote. CLOSED PENDING. 7:20 WILLIAM S'T'APLES for a Determination of Applicability on a proposed ' x 7' addition to kitchen; 6' x T addition to bath are area; a 12' x 1 ' deck off the kitchen, 12' x 1 ' deck on the west side and a 6' x 21' deck on the south side of an existing dwelling. Mr. Staples was present. He ould like to square off some corners. Not planning to build a monument, just make it comfortable. The septic is already installed. He is going before Board. of Appeals on January 12. Ms Boretos advised the septic was put in without any filing and it is within jurisdiction. The dwelling is on cinder blocks and looks unstable. It is very close to the beach area. Normally, it would be 35' from the water. She recommended positive and an,abbreviated Notice of Intent Bled. No work limit is shown. The Chair told Mr. Staples the implication is that this will not pass as ars RDA and he will have to file a Notice of Intent. Mr. staples advised the Board of Health had approved the septic and the Plan was on file. Ms Boretos stated any activity should come before this Board. Mr. Staples stated the system is outside the 100 feet. Mr. Green stated not according to the plan. Mr. Wirsen stated there is a 25' difference from the edge of the pond. Ms oretos stated it is very low. Mr. Staples advised the BVW was determined by ENSR and set back from that point. Mr. Wirsen stated the plan shows 100" to the leaching.
