No work <br /> limit is shown. <br /> The Chair told Mr. Staples the implication is that this will not pass as ars <br /> RDA and he will have to file a Notice of Intent. <br /> Mr. staples advised the Board of Health had approved the septic and the <br /> Plan was on file. Ms Boretos stated any activity should come before this <br /> Board. Mr. Staples stated the system is outside the 100 feet. <br /> Mr. Green stated not according to the plan. <br /> Mr. Wirsen stated there is a 25' difference from the edge of the pond. Ms <br /> oretos stated it is very low. <br /> Mr. Staples advised the BVW was determined by ENSR and set back from <br /> that point. Mr. Wirsen stated the plan shows 100" to the leaching. <br />
