Mr. Sampson was present. <br /> Ms Bo etos stated it is an existing house with four bedrooms, that is what he <br /> has approval for. There is no heat or water in the second story. AGNITTI Running Dight way, continued from 23 <br /> September 1999. Dave Sani ki was present with Don S hall of ENSR, <br /> consultant. Mr. Sanieki stated at the time of the original submission, he was <br /> alerted to the fact there is a vernal pool. Don Shall was engaged to do a <br /> evaluation. It was recommended to down-grade the house. This has been <br /> done to give a larger buffer zone to the edge ofinland wetland. The width <br /> was shortened by -10'. The key to the whole submission is with reference to <br /> addressing the effects of the vernal pool. <br /> Dori Sehall stated he visited the site in early November. It is vernal pool <br /> habitat. It has been his experience is that the spotted salamanders show ars <br /> affinity and fidelity to migratory corridors that can be anywhere from 10 <br /> meters to 30 meters wide when they are in close to the vernal pool. what he <br /> has suggested in the douse design, the garage was originally impacting that <br /> one corridor that in his opinion is the primary corridor to the house, has been <br /> pushed a greater distance from the edge of the vegetated wetland and the <br /> garage has also been relocated. He has not recommended any reduction to <br /> the side property line because it is well vegetated and provides a vegetated <br /> screen and privacy for the neighbor. It looks life there was an attempt for a <br /> dike or a road that bi-sects that forested wetland. It runs along and cuts <br />
