This backs into the golf course where there is a pond. There is a deck existing within the easement. The addition will be L-shaped. The cesspool is in and underneath the garage floor. The new system will be street-side. The buffer from the BVW is 1' to the edge. The land is already terraced. Mr. Sherman stated there is no vista corridor. They would have to cone in with an amended order. They could defer until later, subject to an amended landscape plan. k Public comment: none. The septic includes a Micro Fast System. It is 141' from the edge of the wetland. There will be dryrells for roof runoff. The entire lot is in land subject to flooding. Ms Boretos suggested a continuance to allow Peter Fletcher to delineate the bordering vegetated wetland. It is not shown on the plan. It is not entirely accurate to go by vegetation but to look at the soils also.
