2 December 1999 <br /> Page 9. <br /> Mr. sanic i advised Mr. Darcy is present. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated under Section 12B of the bylaw, the Commission can <br /> require the applicant to pay for a consultant. Mr. Darcy agreed. <br /> Board ofHealth approval was received. <br /> Public comment: none.. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 20 January <br /> 2000 at 7:15 p.m. at the request of the applicant. Unanimous vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED. <br /> 7:55 MICHAEL T. CowHIG, 23-25 ocean BluffDrive, continued from 2 <br /> July 1999. Michael Grothe was present. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised the Board of Health has taken the septic matter under <br /> advisement. Mr. Grotzke stated it is continued to next week.. 'he Health <br /> Agent stated it meets all requirements. They acted favorably but it is not <br /> conclusive. He asked the Commission to close pending receipt of Board of <br /> Health. Mr. Sherman did not see how the Commission could close until all <br /> other substantive issues have been addressed. <br /> Mr. tarot l e stated there will be no change in the plan that is before the <br /> commission. <br /> Public comment: Ellen Quilty questioned hove it could have been approved b <br /> the Board of Health if only two f the three said okay. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the matter is still under consideration. <br /> MS Quiltywas not pleased the Commission would allow thorn to continue <br /> another two weeks. <br /> Mr. Himmel stated if the continuance is for an as built plan by the Board o <br /> Health, he would like to see the plan. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 16 December <br /> 1999 at :10 p.m. at the request of the applicant. Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED, <br />
