Mr. Sani ki stated it could be done; they <br /> could get a variance from street setback. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated they have not explored all the alternatives. Mr. Sanicki <br /> requested a continuance. <br /> Public comment: None. <br /> VOTE:- Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 20 January <br /> 1999 at 7:20 p.m. at the request of the applicant. HENN to remove an existing timber bulkhead and rock <br /> revetment behind and to reconstruct the bank armoring with a stone riprap <br /> retaining wall at 29 sconsett Point Road. Jeff R,yther of BSS Design <br /> provided abutter receipts. This is a rotted wooden bulkhead. They propose to <br /> dismantle the existing and rebuild it. It is above Mean High water; they do <br /> not need Chapter 91. It will be no further shoreward. The toe stones will be <br /> 3- ' diameter. <br /> Mr. Johansen questioned the ACEC lime. Mr. Sherman stated it should be <br /> shown on the plan. <br /> Mr. R+ Cher stated they will get down on the beach to do the work and to save <br /> some oaks. They will traverse the slope to get the crane down. They will tie <br /> into the adjacent lots. Mr. Sherman stated a construction narrative is needed <br /> and more information about restoration to be clone afterwards. Mr. Ryther <br /> stated they might use an excavator and not a crane. <br /> Mr. Fitzsimmons asked if they will remove the concrete patio and loam and <br /> seed? Mr.' Sherman stated he needs to know this follows standards and it <br /> should be incorporated into the filing�if they are doing work on adjacent lets. <br />
