Mr. Sherman stated this <br /> needs to be cited on the Notice of Intent. <br /> Public comment: None. <br /> VOTE* Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 17 February <br /> 2000 at 7:35 p.m. for the inclusion'of adjacent lots in the Notice, a <br /> narrative of how restoration will be done following construction, <br /> hove they will restore the lawn area and the ACC shown on the <br /> plan. Unanimous vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED. � <br /> 8:00 ANTHONY BAUDANZA to demolish and reconstruct existing house, <br /> installation of in-ground i in pool, including utilities, landscaping and <br /> all appurtenances within loo feet of a coastal bank at 70 Triton way. Tim <br /> Santos of Holmes & McGrath presenting. It is proposed to remove and <br /> rebuild on the existing foundation. The existing septic has been given an <br /> okay by the Board of Health. They are not increasing the number of <br /> bedrooms. A deck on sono tubes is to be added. The pool was previously <br /> approved. l rywells are proposed and a fence for the pool. The landscape <br /> plan is by Mary Leblanc. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the work limit is close to the toga of the bank. The <br /> hearing will have to be continued as the plan was not received prior to the <br /> five-clay time frame. <br /> IIs Leblanc advised there is existing Rosa R+ugosa that will not be disturbed <br /> that is encroaching. she listed the proposed plants. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated they will have abort % impervious or covered, no <br /> drainage at all. Ms Leblanc stated the have a foundation system on the plan. <br /> The bank has a lip. All drains are heading to the house. Mr. Rosenberg <br /> stated the work area is on the edge of the bank on both sides. Ms Leblanc <br /> stated that is the vegetation work limit. Mr. Rosenberg stated the concrete <br /> deck is bigger than the pool. Ms Leblanc stated there is,ars existing cabana <br /> there now and the rest is lawn. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if they have to go to Board of Appeals for the demolition <br /> Vladimir Jano sky, the Architect, stated no. <br />
