The Chairman called this <br /> matter to order and recognized David saniki, Cape and Islands <br /> Engineering. <br /> Mr. rani ki explained this ratter had been continued at the <br /> request of the Agent and Assistant Agent, requesting a soil <br /> analysis. He explained said analysis has been provided by Peter <br /> Fletcher, who has agreed the wetland line on site would follow <br /> contour/elevation 4 . References were being made to the plan, <br /> Mr. sani ki stated the plan has been amended to show the <br /> new agreed upon BBW line, maintenance of the fifty foot <br /> buffer as requested, as well as deck and pool revisions. <br /> There being no public comment or Commission discussion, the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> M TI 1 : Ralph Shaw Stade a Motion to Close; which h Motion was <br /> seconded by George Green and so voted unanimously. <br /> oo Priscilla J. stolba, 37 Cappawack Road, a continuance <br /> from December 16th-N01 . The Chairman called this matter to order <br /> and recognized David sanioki, Cape and Islands Engineering. <br /> By way of review, Mr. saniki stated this matter had been <br /> continued due to a decision made by the Commission that a fifty <br /> o foot buffer strip from the rear of the house to the work <br /> limits be maintained. said request requiring a variance from the <br /> Board of Appeals, which was in fact granted based upon <br /> conservation considerations, on January 12th. Copy should be on <br /> file with the Town. Clerk' s office and will be duly recorded. <br /> Ms. Boretos recommended approval this matter. <br /> There being no public comment or further Commission <br /> discussion, the Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Greg wirsen made a Motion to Lose; which Motion <br /> was seconded by George Green and so voted unanimously, <br /> . COC not built) SE 43-1244-Mr. Sherman requested a vote <br /> in this matter in order to clean the title. The Certificate o <br /> Compliance was signed, with Mr. Sherman stating it would not be <br /> issued unt i verified. <br /> . Mr. Sherman reported the CCC HOaring for Wil lowbend <br /> scheduled for February 15th has been postponed, and as of this <br /> date has not yet been rescheduled. <br /> . M ZM comments regarding Cape Club-Mr. Sherman stated <br /> this matter requires no action. Be did however provide copies of <br /> said comments. <br /> -10- <br />
