4 <br /> 8: 05 Mary T. Frnoocur, 411 Monomoscoy Road, a continuance <br /> from January 20th-NOI . The Chairman called this matter to order <br /> and recognized David sanici, Cape and Islands Engineering. <br /> r. Sanicki rade reference to a Site Flan, indicating the <br /> existing septic tank located on the water-s-ide of the house. <br /> He proposed a revamp of the system, relocating it closer to the <br /> street and away from the water. He also noted the location of <br /> an existing well, and reported a new water service is to be <br /> installed on the property. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he would recommend approval of this <br /> project; and that the Board of Health has approved the plan. <br /> There being no public comment or any further Commission <br /> discussion, the Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Carol Moore made a Motion to Close; which lotion <br /> was seconded by George -Green and so voted unanimously. <br /> 10 . Request for Change Ferrigno -1 r. Sherman explained a <br /> change has been requested to move slightly forward from the <br /> original, away from the wetland area, with golf green in between. <br /> He suggested this change be made administratively. <br /> 1OTION: Ralph Shaw made a Motion to approve the change as <br /> shown on the Flan; which Motion was seconded by John Johansen and <br /> so voted unanimously,, <br /> 12 . Request for Extension S 43-156-5) . Mr. Sherman <br /> explained the Harbor Master has requested an extension with <br /> reference to the construction of a shed. The project has been <br /> approved, however he is experiencing some delays . <br /> MOTION.-- Raiph Shaw made a Motion for Approval of Request <br /> for Extension in this matter; which Motion was seconded by Carol <br /> Moore and so voted unanimously. <br /> 8 : 10 Jeffrey R. Erdenberg, 43 Kim Path, a continuance from <br /> January 20th-NI . The Chairman called this matter to order and <br /> recognized. John Slavinski, Cape and Islands Engineering. <br /> Mr. Slavinsl i explained this matter to be a request for an <br /> addition to a dwelling located within the flood zone. References <br /> were being made to a. plan with Mr. slavins} i noting a Title v <br /> standard septic systema is being proposed. He stated it is his <br /> impression that the dwelling is a four bedroom house; with <br /> three bedrooms indicated on the plan. <br /> It was determined that the Board. of Health has granted <br /> approval for three bedrooms. <br /> Upon suggestion by Ms. Boretos, Mr. Slavinski agreed <br /> 11- <br />
