from the Cranberry Reserved Receipt Account to the Conservation <br /> Lands and Maintenance Account . <br /> Mr. Sherman explained there is a possibility that the <br /> program for hiring temporary conservation workers will have to <br /> be postponed for one year due to transportation and equipment <br /> issues why.ch have not yet been finalized. <br /> The second Article is being proposed in order~ to correct an <br /> error made last year when an amount of Five Thousand Dollars <br /> ($5, 000 . 00) was withdrawn from the wrong account. <br /> The Chairman rade reference to an Article which failed at <br /> the previous Town Meeting regarding the transfer of lands owned <br /> by the 'down to the Conservation Commission.. Mr. Sherman stated <br /> he would discuss this issue with the Town Planner. <br /> 8:20 Marshall A. B ern, 21 Harbor Ridge Drive, a continuance <br /> from January loth- OI . The chairman called this ratter to order~ <br /> and recognized David sanicki, Cape and Islands Engineering. <br /> Mr. Sanic i provided a Plan entitled, "Proposed stairway. <br /> Pier, Ramp, and Float #12309911 , making reference to an existing <br /> path running toward the water. He proposed constructing a new <br /> pathway to the top of the stairway landing, there is a stairway <br /> running down the bank to the pier, which runs seventy 70feet <br /> out to a float from the mean high water mark, which is in <br /> accordance with zoning. <br /> There was some discussion regarding proposed ground cover to <br /> be used on the new pathway, with Mr. Sherman expressing concerns <br /> regarding the creation of an erosion gully. Mr. sanicki was <br /> receptive to a condition requiring wood chips in the pathways. <br /> There was also discussion as to whether or not the existing <br /> path would be allowed to remain in use. Mr. Sherman noted the <br /> Regulation states "one four foot path per one hundred 10 <br /> feet of width of lot <br /> There being no public comment or further Commission <br /> discussion of this matter, the Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Ralph Shaw made a. lotion to Close, pending Board of <br /> Appeals decision and Condition to revegetate the existing <br /> pathway; which Motion was seconded by George Green and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> 8:25 John B. Wilson, 202 Monomos coy Road, a continuance from <br /> January 6th-NOI . The Chairman called this matter to order and <br /> recognized John Slainski, Cape and Islands Engineering; and <br /> Tom O'Neill, Architect and Landscape Designer. <br /> Mr. Slavinski made reference to a Plan entitled, "Proposed <br /> -13- <br />
