He suggested Applicant use nature <br /> plantings familiar to the Conservation Commission. He requested <br /> further information on some of the species being proposed as he <br /> is unfamiliar with them, noting some species can be quite <br /> invasive. <br /> Mr. Sherman requested a key be included with the plant list, <br /> as well as suggesting a few minor changes/replacements be made in <br /> order to provide nourishment for the wildlife. <br /> There was some discussion regarding the ACEI line being <br /> required to be shown on the Plan. <br /> There being no public comment or further Commission <br /> discussion of this ratter, the Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Ralph Shaw made a motion to Close pending Board o <br /> Appeals decision, revised planting list, and ACEC delineation; <br /> which Notion was seconded by Carol Moore and so noted <br /> unanimously. <br /> 8: 30 John Collins, 101 Meadowbrook Road, a continuance from <br /> January 6th-NOI . The chairman called this matter~ to order and <br /> recognized John Slavinski, Cape and Islands Engineering. <br /> Mr. Slavinski explained the original proposal was to obtain <br /> an eighty-five foot setback from the vernal pool . Mr. <br /> Sherman informed him the Bylaw requires one hundred loo feet, <br /> and suggested he file variances from the hoard and Health, as <br /> well as the Zoning Board of Appeals. <br /> With regard to the above, Mr. Slavinski requested a <br /> continuance in order to seek the suuested variances. <br /> There being no public con ent or further Commission <br /> discussion, the Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Ralph Shaw made a Motion to continue this Matter to <br /> March 16th at 7: 00 .ren. ; which Motion was seconded by Carol Moore <br /> and so voted unanimously. <br /> -14- <br />
