POWER, to amend the Order of Conditions for SE 43-1660 to <br /> include changes that occurred during construction at 47 'waterline Drive <br /> South. Chris King presenting. Pat Reilly of Rycon was present also. Revised <br /> plans were provided. <br /> Ms Boretos stated there were difficulties at the site. One change is a second <br /> story deck and the shape of the deck is changed from the original. 'There is a <br /> retaining wall with fill on-site to bring up the grade. There is an absence of <br /> gutters. she recommended approval. Agreement has been signed and <br /> restoration will be done by a certain time this spring. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the amendment. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEPTED, <br /> 7:25 ANN MARIE HIGGINS for a Determination of Applicability on a <br /> proposed addition to an existing dwelling and installation of sewage disposal <br /> system at 24 Naushon load. <br /> Ms Boretos stated it is a new Title v system, in the Flood Plain. Plans were <br /> approved by Board of Health. Mr. Sherman stated they should annotate the <br /> form that there will be no increase in bedrooms, to be verified when work is <br /> alone. He felt this should be continued. <br /> VOT Motion -made and seconded to continue the hearing to 2 March 2000 <br /> at 7:05 p.m. and give the applicant five days to agree to the contin- <br /> uance or issue a positive determination. Unanimous Vote. <br /> CONTINUED To 2 MARCH 2000. <br /> 7:30 STEPHEN G. MILLER,' 22 Squaw's Lane, continued from 23 <br /> September 1999. Norman Hayes presenting with Greg Taylor. Mr. Hayes <br /> advised that based on comments from abutters, they have changed the <br /> location of the garage. They do not now need relief from zoning. They have <br /> also reduced the size to 22' x 28' and moved back from the road.
