The overhead office space meets state code. <br /> Mr. Sherman questioned the storage area under the house? Mr. Mayes <br /> advised they could put in latticework. Mr. Sherman asked for a memo to be <br /> incorporated into the Order of Conditions. He noted Board of Health limited <br /> them to three bedrooms. Mr. Hayes stated the room over the garage would <br /> not meet the definition of a bedroom. Architectural plans to be provided. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised he discussed this with CZM and with these changes <br /> and moving the garage from the dune, they concur it meets performance <br /> standards. The Commission was satisfied. <br /> Public comment: bill sterling stated the only difference is the side setback <br /> dimension-, the garage is still 22' wide. Mr. Hayes stated the garage moved <br /> back. The plan of record is 1/27/00, the latest revision. He withdrew any <br /> other plans. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it is in order to recommend approval. <br /> VOTE: Notion made and seconded to close pending verification they no <br /> longer need Board of Appeals.
