Flans have been <br /> revised. Notes for drainage maintenance has storm water management <br /> considerations. <br /> Mr. virsen stated receipts for the pads should be provided. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close with receipts provided for the <br /> pads for drainage maintenance. Unanimous vote. <br /> HEARING CLOSED. <br /> 8:20 RAIL MC EIANEY for a Determination of Applicability on proposed <br /> second story open deck with footings; replacement of front steps; and rwmovl <br /> of landscape plants, two concrete walkways and flagpole at 54 Kim lath. Mr. <br /> and Mrs. Mc laney were present. Mrs. Mc laney described the project. <br /> Ms Boretos recommended negative. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find negative. Unanimous Vote. <br /> NEGATIVE E DETERMINATION. <br /> Town Report: Distributed for review. <br /> Moran: Letter received from Mashpee Environmental Coalition distributed. <br /> Csnlli: Letter from- A.C.O. . regarding shellfish grant received and <br /> distributed for review. The Commission approved this. Rich York was in <br /> favor of the project. His scientific advice cannot be relied on. <br /> Visitors Center: Town Counsel has opined that use of Conservation land on <br /> Route 28 as a Mashpee National Wildlife Refuge Visitors Center is a <br /> compatible use. <br />
