7 February 2000 <br /> Page 9. <br /> Mr. Green stated it is a site that is exposed to traffic, a jump-off point for the <br /> Refuge. <br /> W llowbend: The date is set for the Cape Cod Commission hearing on <br /> Tuesday, 14 March 2000 at 7:00 p.m. to be held at the senior Center. <br /> Regulations Hearing; The Agent suggested holding a hearing next agenda. <br /> It was agreed to hold the hearing on 2 March at 6:45 p.m. <br /> Town Meeting Articles; The Agent has withdrawn an article for seasonal <br /> workers on Conservation land. There were unresolved issues, such as <br /> transporting them between jobs. <br /> The other article is a transfer of monies. <br /> Quashnet Bog: Bill Fisher took a look at the AFCEE contract. He is taring <br /> to reword this so they will be responsible for what they should be. <br /> The Agent and Mr. Fisher refined language on the proposed lease agreement. <br /> There were two dead birds found at the edge of the logs. A necropsy will be <br /> done on them. Board of Health may fund part of this. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to authorize the Agent to use up to $500 <br /> for the necropsy. Unanimous vote. <br /> Plan acceptance: Mr. Sherman stated he is proposing that plans be <br /> reviewed up front and only be accepted between 10 and 2 on certain days. <br /> Mr. Whritenour suggested talking to Town Counsel whether this can be <br /> restricted. The Agent wi11 explore this with Town Counsel and 1 SACC. <br /> Course approval.: The Agent advised there is a course in Maine that Diane <br /> would life to attend next summer and she will be reimbursed by the Town for <br /> costs. He recommended that she be allowed to use that weep as time on the <br /> job. <br /> vo ; lotion made and seconded to consider this a paid week for the <br /> Assistant Agent. Unanimouos vote. <br />
