He elaborated that the <br /> entire project has been revised from a vertical sea gall to a <br /> gabion stone filled basket project. <br /> MOTION-- George Green made a motion to continue this matter <br /> to April 13, 2000 at 7: 15 p.m. ; which Motion was seconded by <br /> j Carol Moore and so voted unanimously. <br /> Lois Tanzer-69 Tanner-69Pickerel Cove Circle, continued from <br /> Larch 2nd. Amended order. Mr. Sherman explained this matter had <br /> been continued because the vista pruning vier corridor had not <br /> been completely drawn in. Mrs. Tanner is amenable to Making said <br /> plan revisions/amendments and has requested approval for the <br /> construction of steps. Mr. 'Sherman recommended the Commission <br /> vote to issue in this matter, further hearing not being necessary <br /> as said steps are not an issue of concern. <br /> There being no public comment or further Commission <br /> discussion, the Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Carol Moore made a Motion to Close Hearing and <br /> Issue pending administrative review; which Motion was seconded by <br /> George Green and so voted unanimously. <br /> 8: 00 Mark P. Schofield-378 1Monomscy Road, continued from <br /> March 2nd. Notice of Intent. The Chairman recognized. Norman <br /> Hayes, for the Applicant. <br /> Mr. Hayes stated for the Record that this matter is <br /> scheduled to be heard by the Zoning Board of Appeals on April <br /> 12th, recognizing it will not be possible to obtain ars order of <br /> Conditions from the Commission this date. <br /> However, Mr. Hayes requested permission to update the <br /> commission on changes that have been made and presented a set of <br /> plans in this regard. He stated said plans have been drawn based <br /> upon recommendations- made by the Harbormaster. <br /> Mr. Hayes explained the total length has been reduced from <br /> lob ft. to 83 ft . ; the size of the float has been reduced. from <br /> 24 X 10 ft. to 16 x 6 ft. ; the float has been adjusted in order <br /> to protect the navigational space between the edge of the mooring <br /> field and the salt marsh, 2.2 feet, which will accommodate the <br /> depth of Applicant' s boat. <br /> -13- <br />
