Notice of Intent. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the following for the Record: "The <br /> Applicant, L.E. C. Bn ironurtenta Consultants, Paul Lel ito, has <br /> requested the hearing be continued in order to make minor changes <br /> associated with the creation of a driveway turn around and <br /> realignment of the septic syste . n <br /> In the interim, the Commission has been contacted by Mr. <br /> Codair, the owner of record according to the Assessor' s office, <br /> who states he continues to be the owner of record and that L. E.C. <br /> Environmental Consultants do not represent him nor are they <br /> working in his behalf. According to Paul Lel i to, the bank has <br /> foreclosed on this property and has sold said property to hist. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he has advised Mr. Lelito to appear <br /> before the Conservation Commission/Hearing prepared to provide <br /> proof of ownership. He recommended continuance of this matter, <br /> as requested, as well as addressing the issue of ownership. <br /> There was some discussion as to whether or nor Mr. Codair <br /> would be required to withdraw/resubmit his Application/establish <br /> legal ownership of the property. It was determined the <br /> Commission should Deny Without Prejudice and require the <br /> Applicant to provide proof of ownership and to resubmit <br /> Application in his name. <br /> There being no public input or further~ Commission <br /> discussion, the Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> 1 - <br />
