Moore; <br /> Perry Ellis. <br /> Conservation Agent Robert Sherman and Assistant Diane Boretos were <br /> present also. <br /> 6:55 PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: None. <br /> 7:05 PETER K. MORAN, 76 Triton Way, continued from 2/3/00. The <br /> hearing was again continued, due to the MEPA process having not concluded. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 13 April <br /> 2000 at the request of the applicant. Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED. <br /> 7:10 PAUL POWERS, 16 Bayview Road, continued from 16 March 2000. <br /> Barbara Frappier presenting. This lot consists of one acre. Proposed is an <br /> addition 15' x 22' with a deck off the rear and off the addition. She advised <br /> she has adjusted the plan to meet everyone's concerns. They will augment <br /> existing vegetation. The grass area i <br /> inspected. The house can never be more than three bedrooms. <br /> Ms Boretos asked if the applicant would consider putting in some red cedars <br /> near the top of bank? Ms Frappier was concerned the roots could cause more <br /> harm and suggested panic grass. Ms Boretos would recommend approval <br /> with a revised plan. <br /> Mr. Sherman read a letter into the record from an abutter. It was agreed <br /> the Commission could not honor his request. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing and issue an Order <br /> Of Conditions. Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CLOSED. <br />
