30 March 2000
Page 2.
7:15 STEPHEN GOULET for a Determination of Applicability ow the
removal and rebuilding of a deck with addition of a ramp at 213 Monomoscoy
Road, Assessors Map 114, Block 58.
Ms Boretos stated it is in the floodplain. The work is in the back of the
house.
Public comment: none.
VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find negative. Unanimous Vote.
NEGATIVE DETERMINATION.
7:20 DARIO D. SABATINI, 147 Summersea Road, continued from 2 March
2000.
VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 27 April 2000
at 7:20 at the request of the applicant. Unanimous Vote.
HEARING CONTINUED.
7:25 ARMANDO V. AGNITTI, 150 Summersea Road, continued from 2
March 2000.
VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 27 April 2000
at 7:25 p.m. at the request of the applicant. Unanimous Vote.
HEARING CONTINUED.
7:30 ALEXANDER LEVINE for the demolition of existing structures and
replacement with a single family dwelling, attached garage, septic system,
grading landscaping and utility connections at 1 Waterline Drive North.
Arlene Wilson represented the applicant. She advised she had a brief
conversation with Mr. Sherman this week and there is a plan revision. The
dwelling has existed since 1980 and does not conform with Flood regulations.
The entire lot is in the flood plain. Because it is in the ACEC, the additional
bedroom requires dentrification. They will go back to Board of Health. Mr.
Sherman wished to have the slope added as coastal bank and would like a
more generous mitigated buffer. All of the trees have been saved but the
understory removed.
d
