Kevin Klein was present with John Vaccaro of <br /> Earth Tech. New Seabury submitted to MEPA for a waiver. They will be <br /> submitting an EIR for the rest of the project. They are proposing to build the <br /> two buildings in two phases. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked what would be the changes in water quality and water <br /> volume? Mr. Klein stated water quality would be better. Mr. Sherman <br /> stated he would like to continue the hearing for two weeks and to talk to the <br /> Board of Health. This was agreed. Mr. Klein stated an interim septic will be <br /> used for about one year while building the plant. They have submitted to the <br /> Board of Health. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 13 April 2000 <br /> at 8:15 p.m. at the request of the applicant.
