Unanimous Vote. <br /> CLOSED PENDING. <br /> 8:20 JOHN FRASER for a proposed house addition, screen porch addition <br /> and Title V septic system upgrade at 302 Monomoscoy Road. Dave Sanicki <br /> presenting. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it is a landlocked lot, not near the water. They are <br /> installing a denitrifying system. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing and issue. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CLOSED. <br /> 8:30 NEW SEABURY PROPERTIES LLC for a Determination of <br /> Applicability on proposed construction of a wastewater treatment facility <br /> building and golf maintenance building with associated utilities and parking <br /> areas at 138 Fairway Lane. Kevin Klein was present with John Vaccaro of <br /> Earth Tech. New Seabury submitted to MEPA for a waiver. They will be <br /> submitting an EIR for the rest of the project. They are proposing to build the <br /> two buildings in two phases. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked what would be the changes in water quality and water <br /> volume? Mr. Klein stated water quality would be better. Mr. Sherman <br /> stated he would like to continue the hearing for two weeks and to talk to the <br /> Board of Health. This was agreed. Mr. Klein stated an interim septic will be <br /> used for about one year while building the plant. They have submitted to the <br /> Board of Health. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 13 April 2000 <br /> at 8:15 p.m. at the request of the applicant. Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED. <br />
