Michael Grotzke was present. He had been made aware <br /> that the revegetation is not aggressive enough. They are removing all the <br /> wooden deck and planting cedar trees and ground cover. The pool is <br /> becoming a deck. <br /> Ms Boretos would recommend approval with a revised plan showing <br /> additional mitigation. <br /> Mr. Johansen advised there are taxes due.
