30 March 2000 <br /> Page 10. <br /> 8:55 MARK P. SCHOFIELD, 378 Monomoscoy Road, continued from 2 <br /> March 2000, Norman Hayes presenting. He stated there were questions on <br /> water depths at the floats. They were moved seaward for 2.4' . The <br /> propulsion unit depth is 20". Instead of pilings, they will suspend this with <br /> chains. They will be before Board of Appeals on the 15th. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending Board of Appeals action. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> CLOSE PENDING. <br /> 9:00 NEW SEABURY PROPERTIES for a Determination of Applicability <br /> on a request to do landscaping and minor grading at Greensward Traffic <br /> Circle. Michael Grotzke was present and advised it is proposed to improve <br /> the island with plantings, a lot of natural grasses. Nothing is being removed. <br /> There will be lighting along the pathway. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find negative. Unanimous Vote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. <br /> 9:05 CHILTON DEVELOPMENT COMPANY to remodel an existing <br /> dwelling by removing an existing pool, a breezeway addition, relocation of a <br /> portion of an existing deck with a minor addition and landscaping at 5 <br /> Compass Circle. Michael Grotzke was present. He had been made aware <br /> that the revegetation is not aggressive enough. They are removing all the <br /> wooden deck and planting cedar trees and ground cover. The pool is <br /> becoming a deck. <br /> Ms Boretos would recommend approval with a revised plan showing <br /> additional mitigation. <br /> Mr. Johansen advised there are taxes due. Mr. Grotzke stated this would be <br /> taken care of. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> a <br />
