Also, no number was shown for the <br /> Wetland Restriction. <br /> Public comment: Atty. Kirrane, representing Mr. Sharkansky, who has <br /> hired Mario DiGregorio to look into this. Mr. DiGregorio is out of town <br /> presently and so they are requesting to defer this to the second meeting next <br /> month. <br /> Mr. Grotzke did not want to continue for the additional time. His client has a <br /> boat and it would be a hardship. <br /> Mr. Ellis advised Mr. Cohen currently has a mooring. <br /> Mr. Grotzke advised Sabatia did flag the wetland for them. He stated this is <br /> a true conflict. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 13 April 2000 <br /> at 8:20 p.m. at the request of the applicant. Codair <br /> was the owner in the Assessors records but lost his case in court. They want <br /> to come back in. If he gets a judgement it could be denied again. They <br /> understand this. Mr. Sherman suggested letting them come back in for the <br /> readvertising fee. <br /> Mr. Ellis advised he bought one of these lots. The court has ordered the sale <br /> to settle the estate. <br />
