There being no public comment or further Commission <br /> discussion, the Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Carol Moore made a Motion for Negative <br /> Determination; which Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> 7:45 Thomas Beaudry-For Determination of Applicability on a <br /> proposal to extend the back stairs off the back deck to run the <br /> full length of the house at 138 Santuit Lane, Assessor' s Map 155, <br /> Block 49 . <br /> Diane Boretos reported she had conducted an on site visit <br /> and found that the Applicant had cleared out some BVW in order to <br /> do some landscaping. A letter of violation has been received by <br /> the Applicant, and the plantings have been done. However, due to <br /> a mistake on the Map and Block a readvertising is necessary. <br /> Applicant has requested a continuance to April 27th. <br /> There being no public comment or further Commission <br /> discussion, the Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Greg Wirsen made a Motion to continue this matter <br /> to April 27th at 7 :45 at the request of the Applicant; which <br /> Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted unanimously. <br /> 7:50 Frank J. Limon-Construction of a three bedroom <br /> dwelling with grading, landscaping amenities and driveway; and <br /> revegetation/stabilization of upper portion of inland bank at 34 <br /> Pond View Drive, Assessor' s Map 71, Block 111 . <br /> Mr. Sherman informed the Commission that he visited the site <br /> a few days earlier, that the property was not staked, and <br /> therefor the matter is to be continued to April 27th at 8: 05, and <br /> that Applicant has paid the $30 . 00 continuance fee. <br /> MOTION: Carol Moore made a Motion to continue this matter <br /> at the Applicant' s request, to April 27th at 8 : 05 p.m. ; which <br /> Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted unanimously. <br /> 7: 55 Peter K. Moran, 76 Triton Way, continued from February <br /> 3rd, a Notice of Intent. <br /> The Chairman recognized Norman Hayes, who displayed a plan <br /> entitled, "Plan of Proposed Repair to Existing Revetment" , <br /> explaining this project has been continued twice. He stated he <br /> is in receipt of the Secretary' s Certificate on the ENF, there is <br /> no ESR required. This project does require Core and 91, which <br /> Applicant does not expect to have for a couple of months. <br /> He indicated the existing conditions, a collapse in the <br /> seawall. The wall collapsed in 1972, 1985, 1991, and 1996 . <br /> -14- <br />
