The Chairman determined the proper procedure for removal of <br /> said tanks would have to be followed (tank permit, Fire <br /> Department inspection, floor/sidewall samples and enclosure) . <br /> There being no public comment or further Commission <br /> discussion, the Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Greg wirsen made a Motion for Negative <br /> Determination; which Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> 8:30 Richard P. Brady, Trustee of Brady Family 1993 Trust- <br /> For Determination of Applicability on a proposed attached garage <br /> with second floor and deck addition at 256 Monomoscoy Road, <br /> Assessor' s Map 120, Block 56. <br /> The Chairman recognized Dean Ayers, Builder, who stated the <br /> purpose of his presence before the Commission was to inquire of <br /> status and procedure. <br /> Diane Boretos explained the proposal is for a deck addition <br /> and garage, which has been drawn on an old set of Cape & Islands <br /> Plans. Upon inspection of the property she found that the <br /> wetland is much closer than indicated on the plans. Making <br /> references to the plan she indicated location of the high salt <br /> marsh, approximately 30 feet. <br /> She further explained that due to this finding it will be <br /> necessary for Applicant to appear before the Board of Appeals, as <br /> well as closer inspection for mitigation planting, to which <br /> Applicant is agreeable. <br /> She expressed a desire to visit the site once again with Mr. <br /> Ayers, requesting this matter be continued to April 27th at 8:30 <br /> p.m. <br /> The Chairman entertained a motion be made. <br /> MOTION: Carol Moore made a Motion to continue this matter <br /> at the Applicant' s request to April 27th at 8: 30 p.m. ; which <br /> Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted unanimously. <br /> 8 : 35 Colonial Gas Company-For the installation of gas main <br /> extension along the edge of an existing paved road and <br /> installation of service connections to dwellings at Forest Road, <br /> Assessor' s Map 117, Block 48, 49, and 58 . <br /> The Chairman recognized Brad Mailo, Coastal Engineering, <br /> representing the Applicant. References were being made to a site <br /> sketch showing proposed gas main extension and service <br /> connections. The proposal before the Commission is a Notice of <br /> Intent for the gas main extension along the southwesterly side <br /> of Forest Road. The resource areas are the 100 year flood <br /> -21- <br />
