R.S . April 25, 200011F it has leen indicated that on no occasion <br /> has any breeding activity been documented; nor has he found any <br /> evidence that this area is being used as a breeding habitat for <br /> any animals. No vernal pool creatures have been identified. <br /> The Chairman determined vernal pool conditions are not an <br /> issue in this matter. <br /> The Chairman further determined that Applicant is agreeable <br /> to meeting with the conservation Agent/Assistant Agent within the <br /> next few weeps in order to review/revise the proposed project. <br /> There being no public comment or further Commission <br /> discussion, the chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Ralph Shaver made a Motion to continue this matter, <br /> at Applicant ' s request, to May 11th at 8 :35 p.m. ; which Motion <br /> was seconded and so voted unanimously. <br /> 8 :40 Cotuit Bay condominium-Installation of drwells and <br /> neve etation at 418 Quinaquisset Avenue, Assessors map 70, Block <br /> 43, 44, 1.7and Map 77, Blocks , 58, and 57, RDA. <br /> The Chairman recognized Bob Gray, Sabatia, Inc. , Po asset, <br /> Mei, representing the Trust of CotUit Bay Condominiums, who stated <br /> this RDA has been previously requested for a Certificate of <br /> Compliance on an outstanding Order of Conditions recently expired <br /> in January 2000 . <br /> 1r. Gray reported he has met with the Conservation Agent on- <br /> site in order to review the situation. He provided the original <br /> plan, noting the numbering coincides with the 1996 filing. <br /> Request is being rade for approval to install the drwells behind <br /> Building #14 which had not been completed in the original order <br /> of Conditions issued by the commission. ] rywells were to have <br /> been installed under -A lettering; followed by the -S and -c <br /> series. Request is being made to complete drywell .installation <br /> behind 9, 71 11 3, and 2 . <br /> Also, some unauthorized clearing had taken place behind <br /> Building V. a request to revegetate the area has been made under <br /> guidance of the conservation commission. The Conservation Agent <br /> has suggested a planting of approximately twenty 0 shrubs of <br /> various varieties planted -feet off center, to be done as soon <br /> as possible. <br /> At this point the Conservation Agent requested a plant list <br /> be submitted to the Commission for approval prior to planting. <br /> Mr. Sherman recommended approval pending receipt of a plant <br /> list offering a variety of choices (3-types) , subject t <br /> availability. He agreed to meet with the person responsible for <br /> the actual planting in order to designate the area and determine <br /> -21- <br />
