Sherman responded he is not prepared this evening as he would <br /> lige the opportunity to review certain changes that have been <br /> made. <br /> Mr. Gray requested a partial certificate for those .items <br /> that have been completed in order to close the Order of <br /> Conditions. <br /> Mr. Sherman responded the Commission could approve, with the <br /> exception of vista pruning. He suggested a revisit to the vista <br /> pruning is in order in terms of acquiring further control of the <br /> area. <br /> There being no public omment or further Commission <br /> discussion, the Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION:: l alph Shaw made a motion for Negative Determination <br /> pending a revised layout and species approval by the Conservation <br /> Agent; which motion was seconded by Carol Poore and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Post Dearing Agenda-Continued: <br /> . Mr. Sherman provided copies of a 3-page memo received <br /> from ENSR, representing Quashnet valley Country Club, requesting <br /> normal golf course maintenance which would require filings from <br /> the Conservation Commission. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he has reservations on some of the <br /> requests. He requested input from the Commissioners prior to his <br /> meeting with Club representatives. The Assistant Agent has <br /> submitted written comments which he has not yet had the <br /> opportunity to review. <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested consideration be given to the <br /> requirement of filing a new Notice in which #i normal maintenance" <br /> is defined. <br /> . Mr. Sherman addressed and acknowledged nowledged a letter received <br /> from Mr. Foley for the Record, providing copies of same for each <br /> f the Commissioners. <br /> Mr.. Sher rtan stated he has inspected the area in question, <br /> there has been some minor damage to the staging area which was <br /> very difficult to determine. <br /> New Business: <br /> 1. Enforcement-Mr. Sherman reported he has been alerted to <br /> -22- <br />
