4 <br /> Town Mashpee <br /> 5 <br /> 16 GreatReck Road North <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provision of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172,, Rules and Regulations concerrnng wetlands, and Chapter' 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts Creneral Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> 27 April 2000 at 7-35 p.m. on the application of Robert I Cour emanche to construct <br /> and maintain a pier, ramp and float along the shore of Popponesset Bay at 386 Mashpee <br /> Neck Road, Assessors Map 96, Block 2. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Conunission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission between the-hours of 8:30 and 3:30,Monday through Friday. <br /> r <br /> N : Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, wifl be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod 'Fines. Notice Will <br /> also be posted in Town Hafi not less than forty-eight 48 hogs in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
