4 <br /> Tovvn of Mashpee <br /> Ln <br /> * 16 Great Neck Rand Alorth <br /> E Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> i <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations conexng wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Lavers, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Miall on <br /> 27 ,April 2000 at 7:40 p.m. on the application of D. Martin Sullivan Jr. to construct and <br /> maintain a deck, stair-way, ramp and float along the coastal bank to Fells Pond at 78 Fells <br /> Pond Road, Assessors 1p 1.22, Block 181. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> C-opies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8-030 and 3:30, Monday through Friday. <br /> DOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will he published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tines. Notice will <br /> also be posted 'in Town Hall not less than forty-eight (48) hours :n advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act. To <br /> contact DEP, call: Southeast region at (508) 946-2800. <br />
