Town Mashpee <br /> ~ <br /> 16 Great Neck Roach North <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Torn Hall on <br /> 1 May Zoo at 7:45 p.m. on the application of Harbor Ridge Realty Trust for <br /> construction of a single family dwelling, garage, deck, swimming pool and stone wall at <br /> Harbor Ridge Drive, Assessors Map 104, Bloch 123. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission between the hours o 8:30 and 3:30, Monday through Friday. <br /> DOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tines.. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
