Town a e e <br /> 16 Great week Road Alorth <br /> a LEE Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 1 2, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands,, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held'at the Mashpee Torn Ball on <br /> I I May 2000 a 7:50 p.m. on the application off' Joseph Bohnenberger for a proposed <br /> stawway, pier, ramp and Tat at 103 River Toad, Assessors Map 89, Block 3A. <br /> -In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission, <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission between the hours of 8:30 and 3:30,, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE. Notice of the public hearing, including date, bine and place, ll be published at <br /> least five days in advance to the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times, Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
