' Town Mashpee <br /> cry _ <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts 02645 <br /> In accordance with the provisions ofthe Town Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 11, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> 25 May 2000 at 9:25 p.m. on the application of Willo vhend Development Corp. for <br /> construction and maintenance of roadway Cul de sac; pavement ' at closest point to <br /> discontinuous coastal bank (Mashpee) with grading and landscaping 25' at closest point <br /> to discontinuous coastal bank Mashpee and generally in excess of 35' at Bonnie Blink <br /> Road Cul de Sac, Assessors Map 77. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of bent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be 'examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:30 and 3:30, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tines. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours.in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
