Unanimous vote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. <br /> 7;40 BRIAN CASEY for restoration of a previously developed ri erfront <br /> area at 440 Nathan Ellis Highway (Route 151 . Mr. Johansen was-Mr. <br /> Casey's representative. He advised restorative plantings were under an <br /> enforcement order. They would defer to a quorum problem. <br /> VOTE: Motion made -and seconded to continue the hearing to 8 dune 2000 <br /> at 8:40 p.m. Unanimous vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED. <br /> 7:45 FRANK J. EEE III to demolish existing buildings and construct a <br /> single family house, del , brick patio and Title V septic system within land <br /> subject to coastal storm flooding at 11 Deans Follow Road. Dave Sanic i <br /> provided abutter notification reeipts. Itis a small lot with an existing four <br /> bedroom house. It is -12 feet to beach grass. It is in the flood zone. They <br /> propose to demo the house and provide 'Title v for four bedrooms. The deck <br /> will remain the same. They will conform to flood elevation requirements. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if the deck will be rebuilt and it will. There will be no <br /> garage and they aro staying within the same footprint as it is today, <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated there will be an increase in living space. Mr. Sanicki <br /> disagreed. He stated it is a gain with a Title V replacing a cesspool. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated impact to the adjacent dune should be minimal. There is <br /> some vegetation close to the deck. A condition will be added that following <br /> completion of the deck, the Commission may require plantings, if necessary. <br /> Board of Health has approved; Board of Appeals is pending. <br />
