Unanimous Vote. <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEPTED. <br /> 8:25 VERA MOLLICA to amend the order of conditions for SE 43-1519 to <br /> permit stairs from the deck to ground level, stairs down the embankment and <br /> permission to do vista pruning in accordance with Conservation guidelines at <br /> 37 Birch way. Mrs. Molli a was present. <br /> Mr. Sherman was at the site. The proposed pruning is in accordance with <br /> guidelines of 25%. The steps are within the vista pruning area. He <br /> recommended approval. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion rade and seconded to accept the amendment as proposed. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEPTED. <br /> s:3 0 LEONID BERKOVICH for a stone retaining wall, blue stone <br /> walkway, repairs to existing patio and new planting's at 145 Popponesse <br /> Island Road. John Johansen stepped down for this hearing. Brian Casey <br /> represented Mr. Berkovich. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised he met at the site and discussed the project. The area <br /> is disturbed and needs landscaping. Grades are to be changed to keep water <br /> away from the house. 'wildlife habitat has been enhanced. He recommended. <br /> approval. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing and issue. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> HEARING CLOSED, <br /> 8:3 BRAINY FAMILY 1993 TRUST, 256 Monomoscoy Road, continued <br /> from 13 April 2000.
