Mr. Sherman stated the sane thing can be referenced. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to permit the amendment for stairs <br /> only, subject to submission of a proper plan. Unanimous vote. <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEPTED FOR STAIRS. <br /> 8:00 NEW SEABI RY PROPERTIES ITC to amend the order of <br /> Conditions for SE 3-1758 to permit realignment of a driveway currently <br /> under construction at 233 shore Drive. Michael hael Grot k presenting. The dr <br /> Publiccomment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the amendment as proposed. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEP'T'ED, <br /> 8:05 JOHN J. REARDON to amend the order of Conditions for S -1763 <br /> to include a proposed deck at 24 Daniels Island Road. Mr. Grotzke advised <br /> there are doors corning out of the rear and they would like a deck and <br /> walkway. They have agreed to do some additional cleaning up of ha bal <br /> lines and will plant in a large disturbed area. <br /> IIs Boretos recommended approval. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the amendment as proposed. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEPTED. <br /> 8:10 JOHN J. REARDON to amend the order of Conditions for SE 3-1768 <br /> to include a proposed deck at 10 Wading Place Road. Mr. Grotzke stated this <br /> is similar to the prior bearing. They agreed to plant several ' white pines. <br /> Ms Poretos recommended approval. <br />
