Mr. Farrington was present. This is the last buildable lot in the area. <br /> Behind is 17 acres of Conservation land.. He is asking for 10-13% of the back <br /> l <br /> end of the lot. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked the nature of the ground cover? It will be mulched and <br /> left up to the new buyer. He had a concern on the north corner getting <br /> beyond the ' cut-off. It was agreed to provide a proper revision date, round <br /> off the corner 10' and put in a mote for bark mulch. <br /> Public comment. none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find negative pending an updated <br /> Plan. Unanimous vote. <br /> NEGATIVE P NDINGS <br /> 7:55 STEPHEN MILLER to amend the order of Conditions for SE 43-1851 <br /> for minor changes to landscaping, placement of pervious driveway pavers, <br /> construction of stairs and placement of a patio in the rear at 22 Squaw Lane. <br /> Dorman Mayes presenting. They will be withdrawing some portions of the <br /> request along with the landscape design plan.. They will come up with <br /> indigenous plantings. They are only discussing the stairways providing <br /> access to the house within the work limit previously approved. They may <br /> cone back and refile for the rest. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the Commission will only be permitting stays that meet <br /> all performance standards. He asked Mr. Hayes to tape the Cape & Islands <br /> plan and white out details on the septic and show stairs on that plan. There <br /> is no title on this plan. <br />
